Hall Pass-Review

What is every married guy’s dream? Well, just look at their behavior when a pretty woman is around and one can only guess. Rick (Owen Wilson) and his friend, Fred (Jason Sudeikis) can’t keep their eyes to themselves. They are always imaging being with other women. Their wives notice the behavior and after getting advice from a close friend, the wives give their husbands a hall pass for a week. A hall pass is time-off from marriage, where the husband can do anything he wants, even be with other women. Will Rick and Fred go all the way with the hall pass? Will this make their marriages better? Will this end their marriages?

Review:            Well, I thought the film was okay. It did have it’s funny moments. I didn’t like Rick’s hair of the suburban slick down hair with a part on the side. Do all suburban dads’ all wear their hair that way? **Warning** this is a very bias comment: this is a stupid concept. Why do the guys in the film have to act so weak when it comes to other women? They have a wonderful life and family but no they have to be blinded by lust and for their wives to give in to such a stupid addiction is repulsive. Okay, end of the bias moment. This movie kind of reminded me of The Hangover minus the adventure of finding a lost friend instead there’s the adventure of finding a beautiful girl. All in all, I will not see this film again.
