After the devastation of the bombing of Raccoon City, government officials are seeing fit that the zombie outbreak doesn’t happen again. Until a terrorist from Raccoon City seeks vengeance by bringing the virus to the Harvardville airport. Leon S. Kennedy (Paul Mercier) and Claire Redfield (Alyson Court)-who are survivors of the previous zombie outbreak run into each other. Their mission is to get Senator Ron Davis (Michael Sorich)-who is on the spot light for claims of doing human testing and the cause for the continuation of the virus that the terrorist got a hold to-out safe and sound. With a bite that turns someone into a zombie within minutes, how will they stop the virus? Will they make it out with a hordes coming to eat their brains?
Review:

Well, the animations are definitely not Pixar but was very pleasing to say the least. Each shot of the film was crisp and fitting towards the characters, their personalities and surrounding. The story was great for an anime. It provided sentimental, encouraging and suspenseful moments. I liked how fast they turned into zombies. I also liked the drawing especially the one of an agent named Angela Miller (Laura Bailey). She looked like Angelina Jolie; I wonder if that was done on purpose by a fan of hers. Any who, great animations, story, and acting. All in all, I will see this film again.
