Starring: Shia LaBeouf, David Morse, Sarah Roemer, Carrie-Anne Moss

This was a really well made teen movie, that I am told was a re-make of ‘Rear Window’.  It was fun to watch, and kept me guessing just a bit.  Another good example of having really good actors in all the main roles, and even some of the little ones.  The new teen hottie in this movie, is no Jessica Biel, but she’s trying to be.  I have to say though, I didn’t see that ‘star quality’ in her acting, so I doubt we’ll see much of her in the future, unless she sleeps with some big name director or something.  The real amazing actor in this movie, of course, is Shia LaBeouf.. I mean, can we say ‘Director’s Favorite’, or what?  He’s in so many movies lately.  He’s in Transformers coming up, and he’s scheduled to be in the next Indiana Jone’s movie as well.  He’s pretty good, and it shows in this film.  Also, for all you Matrix fans, his mom is Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss)….you can’t beat that!  I give this one three stars out of five.  There wasn’t a lot wrong with the movie, but it wasn’t
original either…nothing spectacular, just a popcorn flick, but a good one.
