Movie and Film Reviews (MFR) Horror Satan Hates You (2010)

Satan Hates You (2010)

An unemployed man (Don Wood) and a pregnant teen party-goer (Christine Spencer) are losing their faith, and their actions are sure to send them straight to hell. Two satanic demons try to win their souls while heavenly missionaries on television are trying to convince them back to the light.

James Felix McKenney’s film is meant to be a sort of tribute to “Christian Horror” films of the 1970’s.

At first glance, this looks to be a hardcore satanic film filled with sex, drugs, rock and roll, extreme devil worship and violence. This is not that. In the opening scene, the film makes known the fact that this is not going to be an explosion of naked women doing porn and getting high on crack. Rather, that it is filled with violence that may be offensive to some viewers.

This film bored me to death, and that was the most offensive thing about it. My attention span was all over the place. You know what they say, “buy a B-movie, expect to see a B-movie”, just like “when you buy crap, you will definitely get crap”. This is just those and much worse. I cant believe I actually took the time to watch this senselessness. The plot was weird and pretty much nonsense, and everything was just so unconvincing.

Disappointed with this. Blah!
