Sara Matthews (Minka Kelly) is beginning her college life. After going through a bad break-up with her long time boyfriend, she’s ready to make a fresh start. Sarah is instantly befriended by her roommate, Rebecca (Leighton Meester). Strange events begin to occur around Sarah and she soon realizes that there is more to Rebecca than just an ordinary roommate. Rebecca becomes obsessed and only wants Sarah to herself. Is Sarah or the people she loves in danger? Will Rebecca do anything, including harming another, to have Sarah to herself?

Review:                        So, when I saw the trailer for this film, I thought it would be like another movie similar to “Sorority Row.” There are a couple of women screaming in the trailers with death or someone crazy coming at them in the background (which ended up being a bad movie). I was wrong; this film is so must more. I really liked this film. Leighton plays a wicked psycho. There are a few scenes where her character doesn’t say anything; the expression on her face gave me the chills. I love the warm sisterly welcome Rebecca shows to Sarah. For a moment, I wanted her to be my friend. Then, I loved how she gradually switched phrases towards her obsessive behaviors and actions.  Minka’s character was inviting and fearless. All in all, I will buy this film on DVD/Blu Ray.
